The Shimla Deanery Youth Camp – IGNITE 2026

The Shimla Deanery Youth Camp – IGNITE 2026 was successfully organized from 26–28 June 2026 at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.

The camp brought together 65 young participants from across the deanery for three days of faith formation, fellowship, and personal growth.

The faith formation sessions were animated by Mr. Tony Thomas and Mr. Melvin, who inspired the participants through engaging talks on living a faith-filled and value-oriented Christian life.

A special vocation session was conducted by Fr. Nelson, accompanied by four Religious Sisters, who shared their vocation journeys and encouraged the youth to discern God's call with openness and generosity.

The camp provided a meaningful platform for prayer, learning, interaction, and spiritual renewal. The participants returned home spiritually enriched, motivated to deepen their faith, and inspired to become committed witnesses of Christ in their families, parishes, and society.
