The North Regional Training & Formation Programme was held on 26–27 August 2026 in preparation for Mission Month – October 2026. Representatives from all four dioceses of the North Region participated: Archdiocese of Delhi, Diocese of Simla-Chandigarh, Diocese of Jalandhar, and Diocese of Jammu-Srinagar.
The two-day programme was a meaningful journey of prayer, formation, reflection, sharing and missionary planning, focusing on the Church’s missionary call, Mission 2033, Pope Leo XIV’s World Mission Sunday Message, the Holy Rosary and mission, human dignity, reconciliation, and concrete missionary action.
The programme concluded with prayer, anointing and the sending message, “Go forth and proclaim!” It renewed the missionary spirit and strengthened the commitment of the four dioceses to work together as “One in Christ, United in Mission."
