Grandparents Honoured on the Feast of Saints Joachim and Anne at St. Mary's Church, Panipat

St. Mary's Church, Panipat, joyfully celebrated the Feast of Saints Joachim and Anne, the grandparents of Jesus, by honouring the grandparents of the parish in recognition of their invaluable role in nurturing faith and family values. A total of 13 grandparents were felicitated during the celebration. Each grandparent was individually honoured as a token of love and gratitude, followed by a group felicitation.

The celebration acknowledged their lifelong witness of faith, wisdom, sacrifice, and commitment to family life, inspiring the younger generation to cherish Christian values.

The parish community expressed heartfelt appreciation to all the grandparents for their enduring contribution to the Church and society.

The occasion concluded with prayers seeking God's abundant blessings, good health, and peace upon them through the intercession of Saints Joachim and Anne.

The celebration was organized under the guidance of Fr. Sudeep IMS, Parish Priest, making the day a memorable expression of gratitude and love for the senior members of the parish.
