Faith Series on YOUCAT and Catechism for Children
Growing in Faith, Understanding the Teachings of the Church, and Living the Gospel
The Media Commission, in collaboration with the Faith Formation and Liturgy Commissions, has taken a meaningful initiative to deepen the faith formation of children and young people through a special “Faith Series on YOUCAT and Catechism for Children.”

The initiative has been taken by Rev. Fr. Lenin Henry, Assistant Secretary, Media Commission, in collaboration with Rev. Fr. Vianney, Secretary, Faith Formation and Liturgy Commissions.
Through this series, the Church seeks to present the teachings of the Catholic faith in a simple, clear and engaging manner, helping children and families to know, understand and live their faith more deeply.
The series draws inspiration from the YOUCAT (Youth Catechism of the Catholic Church) and the Catechism for Children, making the richness of the Church’s faith accessible to the younger generation. Each episode provides an opportunity to discover the treasures of Catholic teaching and to connect faith with everyday life.
The episodes are available on the YouTube channel, making this faith-formation initiative easily accessible to children, parents, catechists and parish communities.
Parish priests, catechists, parents and faithful are encouraged to share the series widely in their parish communities, especially with children and families, and to encourage them to watch and reflect on the episodes together.
This initiative is not merely about gaining knowledge of the faith; it is an invitation to educate our faith, strengthen our relationship with Christ, and live what we believe in our daily lives.
