Congratulations! Bhatinda Deanery Implementation Team Constituted

The Bhatinda Deanery successfully constituted its Implementation Team for the Diocesan Pastoral Plan 2026–2033 during the Implementation Strategy Meeting held on 7 August 2026 at St. Xavier's School, Bhatinda. Priests, religious, and lay faithful from across the deanery came together with great enthusiasm and commitment to begin the deanery-level implementation of the Pastoral Plan.

The meeting commenced with an invocation to the Holy Spirit, followed by the lighting of the lamp and the proclamation of the Word of God. Participants were introduced to the vision, mission, and implementation strategy of the Diocesan Pastoral Plan.
Thereafter, they were constituted into four thematic implementation groups corresponding to the four phases of the Plan

Group I (2026–2027)
Proclamation, Faith Formation, Liturgy, Basic Ecclesial Communities (BECs), Bible & Media Apostolate.

The participants actively deliberated on the pastoral priorities of their respective groups, identified practical action points, and proposed strategies for effective implementation at the parish, deanery, and diocesan levels.

The discussions reflected a vibrant spirit of communion, participation, and mission, embodying the synodal vision of the Church.

The Diocese extends its heartfelt congratulations to the Bhatinda Deanery on the successful constitution of its Implementation Team.

This milestone marks a significant step towards realizing the vision of the Diocesan Pastoral Plan 2026–2033.
