An Anti-Drug Campaign was held at St. Xavier’s Sr. Sec. School, Sirsa

An Anti-Drug Campaign initiated by the Government of India and organized in collaboration with Brahma Kumaris, Anand Sarovar, Sirsa was held during the morning assembly.

Students of Classes 6th to 12th along with all staff members attended the program. We were privileged to have BK Sunita, BK Santosh, and BK Lavish from Brahma Kumaris.

BK Sunita addressed the students on present-day challenges of addictions such as mobile addiction, unhealthy diet, and stress, and explained how these can lead youth towards depression and eventually to drug abuse. She emphasized that only awareness and positive choices can bring about change.

BK Lavish led the students and staff in taking a pledge to live a drug-free life.

The program concluded with Rev. Fr. Ivo Dias, Principal and Sr. Alisha Chief Coordinator, felicitating and expressing gratitude to the honorable guests.
