AAGAZ-e-Pratibha 2.0 – Preparation Meeting
A coordination and preparation meeting for the upcoming AAGAZ-e-Pratibha 2.0 – “Ignite the Passion” was held in the presence of the Regional Director, REXCO and DEXCO members, and the Diocesan Director. Fr. Arul Raj, Diocesan Youth Secretary, coordinated the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the overall programme plan, competition categories, team responsibilities, deanery coordination, hospitality, logistics, and other essential arrangements. Members shared valuable suggestions and clarified responsibilities to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the event.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to work together with unity, dedication, and enthusiasm towards making AAGAZ-e-Pratibha 2.0 a meaningful and enriching experience for all participants.
