Commission for Proclamation
To go forth as a missionary diocese, proclaiming Jesus Christ with joy in the towns, villages and hill stations entrusted to our care.

The Commission for Proclamation is aims to inspire and train all baptized faithful to actively share the Gospel. Its primary goal is to transform the faithful into "Spirit-filled missionary disciples" who do not just follow the faith privately, but, as partners in the Church, witness it openly in their everyday lives and thus help spread the Good News.
The Commission therefore, through proper training and programmes desires to motivate and train the faithful, which would include youth, women, catechists and religious to achieve this missionary mandate in families, parishes and their neighbourhoods.
