The media apostolate aims to proclaim the Gospel effectively through modern media by building a structured diocesan media system, forming trained media teams at all levels, and enabling real-time communication, evangelization, and collaboration across commissions.

A fully functional diocesan media ecosystem engaging all parishes and reaching the faithful through digital and media evangelization is established.

OBJECTIVE 01

Establishing Structured Media Teams Diocese and Deaneries.

KPIs

  • By Oct 2026, form the Diocesan Media Team (8–10 members).
  • By Dec 2026, establish Media Teams in all 5 deaneries (1 Priest + 1 Nun + 2 Youth each).
  • By Dec 2028, 100% of team members trained in production, editing, and streaming.

OBJECTIVE 02

Developing "St. Carlo Acutis Media App" and Digital Platform.

KPIs

  • By February 2027, App developed and launched.
  • By April 2027, 500 registered users (reaching 1,000 by 2028).
  • By Dec 2028, 50% of parishes actively use the app for content and communication.

OBJECTIVE 03

Promoting Media Evangelization and Content Creation.

  • From Aug 2026, publish daily content and weekly reflections (52/year).
  • By Dec 2028, produce 300+ digital contents annually.
  • By Dec 2028, reach 5,000+ people digitally across platforms.
