The media apostolate aims to proclaim the Gospel effectively through modern media by building a structured diocesan media system, forming trained media teams at all levels, and enabling real-time communication, evangelization, and collaboration across commissions.

Foundation
  • Establish Structure: Form diocesan and deanery media teams with clear roles.
  • Capacity Building: Train all members in media production, editing, and streaming.
  • Launch Digital Platform: Develop and roll out the St. Carlo Acutis Media App; onboard initial users.
  • Content Creation: Begin daily posts + weekly reflections; scale consistent digital content.
  • Basic Coverage: Start covering diocesan events and support commissions with media services.

  • Expand Engagement: Increase app users and ensure majority parish participation.
  • Content Scaling: Produce high-quality, diverse content reaching wider audiences.
  • Professional Services: Strengthen event coverage (live/recorded) and expand paid media services.
