The commission aims to provide holistic, inclusive, and value-based education rooted in Gospel values, empowering students to become responsible, compassionate, and socially conscious citizens through participatory, innovative, and joyful learning systems and engaging stakeholders for the positive and last impacting on students.

Establishing Functional Educative Community System (ECC).

KPIs

  • By June 2027, ECC established in 100% of schools (10 members each).
  • By Dec 2028, 50% of parents actively participate in school processes.
  • At least 2 effective ECC meetings/year in 80% of schools with documented outcomes.

OBJECTIVE 02

Improving Teaching Quality through Practical Innovation.

KPIs

  • By Dec 2028, 30% of classrooms practice activity-based learning weekly.
  • By Dec 2028, 100% of teachers trained in one practical pedagogy annually.
  • By Dec 2028, achieve 40% reduction in dependency on private tuition.

Ensuring Inclusive and Supportive Education.

  • By June 2027, 100% of Catholic students accommodated within parish reach.
  • By March 2028, 100% of weak students covered under remedial support system.
  • By Dec 2028, mentoring system (1 teacher: 20 students) established in all schools.
