The commission aims to provide holistic, inclusive, and value-based education rooted in Gospel values, empowering students to become responsible, compassionate, and socially conscious citizens through participatory, innovative, and joyful learning systems and engaging stakeholders for the positive and last impacting on students.

Foundation- Establish Effective Educative Community (EEC) in all schools with defined roles and regular meetings.
- Introduce activity-based learning in at least 30% of classrooms.
- Begin teacher training in practical pedagogy (annual programs).
- Launch remedial support systems for weak students.
- Initiate value education programs and student outreach activities.
- Conduct awareness sessions on POCSO & POSH.

Strengthening- Strengthen EEC with active parent participation and documented outcomes.

- Achieve full coverage of weak students through structured mentoring systems.
- Implement value-based education in 80% of schools with measurable impact.

Sustainability- Institutionalize fully functional EEC culture across all schools.
